THE PRACTICE
Gregor Private Counsel is the private legal advisory practice of Sean Gregor, a U.S.-qualified lawyer with decades of experience advising principals, founders, and executives. (Dual US/UK Citizen).
This perspective is informed by decades advising private enterprises, combined with extensive experience evaluating how business and personal structures perform under legal stress. The practice is intentionally limited in scope, prioritizing unhurried clarity, discretion, and continuity of judgment.
I serve as a senior point of legal counsel for clients who value a direct, partner-level relationship concerning their most significant interests.
SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
I provide trusted legal counsel on matters where business, investment, and personal interests intersect.
My role is to frame issues, assess legal and strategic risk, and—where appropriate—coordinate specialized counsel to ensure a cohesive and thoughtful outcome. I remain involved at the judgment level, without operating as a full-service firm or transactional platform.
My senior judgment is dedicated to the strategic and transactional requirements of the private enterprise.
ENGAGEMENT
This is a limited practice. Due to the nature of my personal commitment, and to ensure unhurried focus for current clients, new engagements are strictly managed and by invitation or personal referral only.
